1. Introduction & Acceptance

By accessing or using Short4U mobile applications, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Curated AI-Generated Cinema

All films, trailers, visual reels, and audio available on Short4U are original synthetic creative productions developed using proprietary generative artificial intelligence technologies and curated by professional human creative directors. All characters, plots, and dialogue are entirely fictional creative expressions. Short4U strictly prohibits and screens against any non-consensual use of likenesses of real living or deceased individuals.

We employ strict multi-stage safety review protocols before any title is released onto the platform. Content that promotes hate speech, dangerous activities, real-world harassment, or copyright infringement is automatically disqualified and permanently barred.

3. 10-Minute Free Watch & VIP Subscriptions

Short4U provides a complimentary daily 10-minute preview on movies. Continued access to full-length films and exclusive premieres is available through VIP Cinema Passes, billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle through your device's subscription management settings.

  • Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.

4. Content Safety, DMCA & 24-Hour Takedown SLA

We maintain an uncompromising commitment to safety, intellectual property rights, and platform ethics. If you believe any film infringes upon any copyright or violates community standards, you may submit a report through our Support page or email dmca@short4u.com. We investigate and resolve legitimate notices within 24 hours.

5. Intellectual Property & License to Use

Short4U grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream and view content for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, scrape, capture, or publicly broadcast any stream from our platform without explicit written authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

Short4U is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Short4U and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.
